Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors, which is responsible to the General Assembly of Members. The Board makes decisions regarding policies and programs and supervises their implementation. It also confirms the employment of members and staff by the Executive Director, and makes regulations for the proper management of personnel, facilities, and finances. The Board approves annual plans and budgets, and ensures the provision of facilities necessary for the proper governance and direction of the organization. All members meet once a year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in compliance with the law. At the AGM, the Board is appointed, and members receive the annual activities and audited accounts. The AGM also appoints an external auditor for the organization. Day-to-day operations of the organization are carried out by the management team and staff, headed by the Executive Director.
