The project aims to prevent family conflicts caused by lack of a documented will in Tanzania, where children born out of marriage are not considered legit in property division. The project aims to provide assistance to parents and guardians in writing wills and education on the legal framework governing wills. The project believes that with this knowledge, parents and guardians will be able to keep their children safe even after their death. The project has been helping individuals with unclear wills and believes there are still many in need of this assistance. Additionally, the project seeks to provide a protective environment for children through schools and residences to improve their well-being and fulfill their right to protection.
